Returns & Exchanges

Return, exchange, and refund guidance for fabric orders.

Please inspect fabric before cutting, sewing, gluing, washing, or using it in a project.

When We Review a Return or Refund

  • The item is defective or damaged before use.
  • The wrong fabric or wrong order item was sent.
  • The item is materially different from the product description.
  • Delivery is seriously delayed because of our mistake.
  • A parcel is lost because we entered incorrect shipping information.

Possible Resolutions

Depending on the case, we may request the item back, resend the correct fabric, provide a replacement, or issue a refund after review.

Cut Fabric and Custom Yardage

Fabric that has been cut, prepared as continuous yardage, sampled, or arranged for a bulk/special request may have return limits. Please review fabric type, color, width, and quantity before checkout.

Customs and Carrier Delay

Delays caused by customs inspection, import processing, carrier routing, remote delivery areas, or local contact issues are not automatically refund or exchange reasons. We will still help check tracking and carrier information.

Evidence Needed

Please provide your order number, clear photos of the fabric, packaging photos, tracking details, and a short explanation of the problem.
